As a Senior Strategic Relationship Manager at HomeLight, Cindy works closely with and coaches Elite and top-performing agent teams to help them maximize the HomeLight platform and grow their businesses.

She manages strategic partnerships across Florida, providing agents and teams with the training, tools, and the support they need to succeed on the platform. She also serves as the agent liaison for HomeLight Title, connecting agents with the team to support their closing needs.

Prior to joining HomeLight in 2020, Cindy spent more than 15 years in the real estate and mortgage industries. As both a licensed real estate agent and mortgage loan officer, she brings firsthand knowledge of the challenges agents face and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful real estate business.

Cindy's goal is to help agents succeed. Whether she’s coaching a team, sharing practical tips, or helping an agent find new ways to convert opportunities into transactions, she loves seeing agents gain confidence, elevate their businesses, and achieve their goals.
